Do you only advise, or do you actually build the MVP?

We build it. The point of this service is a working product with real users — not a business plan for someone else to execute.

How is this different from an agency?

An agency builds what you spec. We validate whether it should exist, design the venture, build it, and — where we believe — back it. We carry conviction, not just a scope of work.

Can our idea become its own company?

Yes. When it deserves to, it graduates into Cofoundry, our venture studio, where we co-found and own it with you on a hybrid model that keeps your cap table clean.

What if validation says the idea won't work?

Then we've saved you the big spend — that's the point of cheap, fast experiments. We'd rather kill a bad idea in weeks than build it for a year.
