The firm behind the work.
Aadi Projects exists to close the oldest gap in professional services — the distance between counsel and consequence. We don't stop at the recommendation; we fund it, build it, and stand behind the outcome.
We did not set out to build a bigger firm. We set out to build a more accountable one.
Everything distinctive about Aadi traces back to that choice — to be measured by consequence, not by scale.
A different kind of firm, by design.
The professional-services model has a structural flaw: the people who advise rarely build, the people who build rarely fund, and the people who fund rarely advise. Value leaks at every handoff, and the client carries the integration risk. Aadi was founded to remove those seams.
We operate three disciplines under one roof. Consulting does the work and ships the working thing. Capital finances it — advisory on one side, principal conviction on the other. Cofoundry is where the two combine to co-found and own companies. The disciplines are not departments competing for a client; they are one capability, deployed in whatever register the problem demands.
And we do it on a single axis of focus — the India–US corridor — because depth on one hard thing beats breadth on many. The result is a firm that is small by choice, senior by default, and measured by what endures after it leaves.
Five ways into the firm.
Each opens its own detailed view.
Why Aadi
The case for a firm that advises, invests, and builds as one — and what it changes for you.
About
The conviction the firm was built on, and the shape we chose to express it.
Leadership
Operators, not a pyramid — and the standing panel behind our biggest calls.
Careers
The most interesting work of your career, on the corridor that will define the decade.
Perspectives
How we read the corridor — written by the people doing the work.
Four convictions under everything.
Accountable to outcomes
Judged by what works after we leave — capability transferred and value created, not slideware delivered.
Conviction over scale
Deep on a few things rather than thin on many. We say no cleanly, and commit where we say yes.
Trust as architecture
A real firewall between advising and investing. We protect trust structurally, not with a promise.
Quiet by intention
No logo walls, no AUM theatre. The credibility lives in the thesis, the method, and the work.
Consulting + Capital = Cofoundry.
Each discipline makes the others sharper; the loop between them is the firm's real engine.
We advise — and build the working thing.
We fund it — advisory and conviction.
We co-build and own the company.
The things people ask first.
Is Aadi one company or several?
One. Aadi Projects operates Consulting, Capital, and Cofoundry as trade names — deliberately simple, until a real trigger warrants more structure.
Why don't you share size, founding year, or fund details?
Because none of it is the point. The firm presents itself by the quality of judgment in the room and the work it stands behind.
What does 'accountable to the outcome' mean?
That we can build, fund, and co-own what we recommend — and structure engagements so our interests are tied to what happens after the advice.
Do you only work on the India–US corridor?
It's our focus and our edge. We occasionally work beyond it where the fit is exceptional.
