The situation

A real business with a messy model, an untested story, and no warm path to the right investors across the corridor.

What we did

Capital Services rebuilt the model, sharpened the narrative, and ran sell-side diligence; then opened warm introductions to fitting investors in both markets.

The outcome

A clean process that closed on terms the founders could live with — and several rooms that would have stayed shut without the introductions.

The situation

A stalled business with a broken balance sheet, stranded value, and a lender prepared to walk away.
