Sovereign AI for defence and healthcare.

WeFight is our sovereign-AI venture — building AI capability for defence and healthcare that a nation can own, trust, and control.

Because the most critical AI shouldn't depend on someone else's stack.

What it is

What it is.

WeFight is a company we built and operate inside Cofoundry, in the deeptech space where Aadi's conviction runs deepest. As AI becomes critical national infrastructure, two domains can't afford to depend on foreign, opaque, or uncontrolled systems: defence and healthcare. WeFight builds sovereign AI for exactly these — capability a nation can own, audit, and trust.

It develops AI applications and infrastructure designed for sovereignty from the ground up: data that stays where it must, models that can be inspected and governed, and secure deployment that meets the bar these domains demand. In defence, that means decision-support and capability built for control and compliance; in healthcare, AI that meets the regulatory and trust requirements of clinical settings.

WeFight is the clearest proof of Cofoundry's deeptech ambition, and it ties directly to the firm: Capital's DeepTech & Defence and Digital Health theses, and Consulting's risk, governance, and sovereignty work. It's the kind of hard, high-trust company a boutique with conviction can build.

What it does

The capabilities.

A real, operating company — not a logo on a portfolio page.

Sovereign AI infrastructure

AI built for national ownership — data and models a nation can control and audit.

Defence applications

Decision-support and capability built for control, security, and compliance.

Healthcare AI

Clinical-grade AI that meets the regulatory and trust bar of healthcare.

Data sovereignty

Architectures that keep critical data where it must stay.

Secure deployment

Deployment that meets the security demands of critical domains.

Governed & auditable

Models that can be inspected and governed — not black boxes.

Why it exists

Because critical AI must be controllable.

The conviction behind WeFight is that the most consequential uses of AI — defending a nation, treating its people — cannot rest on systems a country can't see into or control. As geopolitics fragments the technology stack, sovereign capability stops being optional and becomes strategic.

WeFight exists as a venture because building sovereign AI for defence and healthcare demands a dedicated team, deep domain trust, and a long horizon — and because it sits squarely in the deeptech-and-defence space that Aadi believes will define the next decade of the corridor. It's conviction, built into a company.

Questions, answered

The things people ask first.

What does 'sovereign AI' mean?

AI a nation can own, control, and audit — data that stays where it must, models that can be inspected and governed, and secure deployment — rather than dependence on opaque foreign systems.

Why defence and healthcare?

Because they're the domains where trust, control, and compliance matter most, and where dependence on uncontrolled AI is least acceptable.

How does WeFight connect to Aadi?

It's a Cofoundry venture that embodies Capital's DeepTech, Defence, and Digital Health theses and Consulting's governance work — conviction built into a company.

Why build this as a venture?

Because sovereign AI demands a dedicated team, deep trust, and a long horizon — exactly the kind of hard company Cofoundry exists to build.

Working on sovereign or critical AI?

If defence or healthcare AI that a nation can trust is your world, WeFight should be a conversation.
