TeamBeam Outings is a company we built and run inside Cofoundry, in the experiential team-and-culture space. Most corporate offsites are forgettable — a hotel ballroom, some slides, a dinner. TeamBeam exists to make them the opposite: designed experiences that build real connection and actually shift how a team works together afterwards. TeamBeam operates across the corridor, with dedicated presences in India (teambeam.in) and the United States (teambeam.us).

It designs and runs offsites, retreats, and team experiences end to end — the concept, the experience design, the logistics, and the facilitation — so leaders get the outcome (a more aligned, more connected team) without the headache of organising it. It draws on the same understanding of teams and culture that runs through Aadi's People work.

It complements Chief Navigators and Consulting's Organisation & People practice: where those build leadership and structure, TeamBeam builds the connection and shared experience that make a team more than the sum of its people.

TeamBeam was built on the belief that a well-designed experience can do in two days what months of meetings can't.
