What this group does.
Everyone has AI ambition in 2026; almost no one has AI in production that actually earns money. The Build group exists to close that gap. We design and ship agentic systems inside real workflows, lay the data foundations underneath them, and automate the work that quietly drags on margin.
It's also where new things get made. Our innovation work takes an idea from concept to a working MVP and first revenue — and when something deserves to be a company in its own right, it has a clean path into Cofoundry, our venture studio. Do you build the software yourselves, or just advise on it?
We build it. The Build group ships working systems to production — we're operators with an engineering bench, not a strategy unit that hands you a vendor list.
What does 'agentic AI' mean in practice here?
AI that executes multi-step tasks inside your real workflows — not a chatbot bolted on the side. We design the orchestration, the guardrails, and the human-in-the-loop points, then run it until it's reliable.
Can you work with our existing data and systems?
Yes. Most of the work is meeting messy reality — legacy systems, scattered data — and building the clean layer and automation on top, rather than demanding a greenfield.
